Buenas tardes para una queja en la ruta 32 que va para los graduales tienen por costumbre elnconductor venir con un acompañante dices a los pasajeros que la puerta de atrás esta dañada para que se bajen por la.de adelante y el acompañante tapa.el.sensor al paso de la gente hoy en la buseta 044 a las 6 pm y eso pasa muy constante en esta ruta

Buen día, la queja es la siguiente; en el barrio samaria mz 10 y 40 parquean un buseta con número interno UP522 la cual la incineren a las. 4 o 5 de la mañana arrojando dióxido de carbono que es bien perjudicial para la salud, afectando el sistema respiratorios de los vecinos niños y adultos mayores tengan en cuenta q es zona residencial adicionalmente obstruyen el paso del carro de la basura cuando hace la respectiva recolección de basura. Buenos días quiero colocar una queja sobre la ruta 42 que aparte de que es muy demorada hoy ocurrió una falta de respeto contra los pasajeros , el conductor era un joven si mal no recuerdo era la ruta SF-028 fue el día de hoy 28/02/2025 a las 8:15 am más o menos , pésimo servicio para manejar solo buscaba atravesarse con todo mundo . Al momento de meter los cambios era horrible no sé si es que apenas está aprendiendo a manejar me hizo lastimar la mano ya que por poco nos accidentamos solo por la irresponsabilidad de el joven. Buenos días para un llamado de atención al conductor de la buseta #213 de la empresa San Fernando, que en el día de hoy 10 de noviembre 2025 aproximadamente siendo las 6-25 AM en ese momento la ruta 35 que hiva para el gurrio, palmilla no nos quiso parar nosotros estábamos en el barrio las brisas y también no entro a al barrio Tokio, somos personas que trabajamos en ese lugar del gurrio y este conductor nos dejó allí sin ningúna explicación nos cojio fue la tarde siempre somos usuarios de esta ruta y con esta es la segunda vez que esta ruta nos hace la misma, por favor necesitamos más eficiencia y calidad en el servicio muchas gracias.
